Delayed Coking Unit Operations Specialist

In this role, you will plan, develop, coordinate, and review technical direction and training for large, complex projects. You will prepare estimates and work scope, approve staffing needs and schedules, and manage performance. Your interdisciplinary coordination of engineering technology aspects will ensure work meets project requirements and is completed according to scope, schedule, and budget. Major Responsibilities: Review of Operation Procedures. Monitor operating conditions, including lab analysis, and provide technical assistance to Operations Team. Training to the Operations Team. Review daily operation reports and shift handover reports and operation instruction and give advice. Education and Experience Requirements: Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience Required Knowledge and Skills: Previousl training expereince.
