First Security Group is seeking a Debt Collector and welcomes fresh candidates with strong communication skills.
Previous experience in debt collection, banking collections, customer service or a related field is advantageous.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates may apply.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred for fresh graduates.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to work with targets and follow up on requirements.
- Good computer skills are required.
- Candidates should be willing to learn debt collection procedures and compliance requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.

- Collect and follow up on outstanding debts.
- Work toward collection targets.
