**Role Description** The Debt Collector will work on-site in Dubai in a full-time capacity, focusing on recovering overdue payments from individual and corporate clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings, negotiating repayment arrangements, and documenting all interactions in company systems.

The role involves analyzing account histories, coordinating with the legal department for escalated or litigation cases, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

The Debt Collector will also prepare regular reports on collection activities and outcomes, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with finance and operations teams to support overall recovery targets.
