Role Description
The Dealership Development Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for building and expanding Ultric Motors’ dealer network in key markets.
This role involves identifying and onboarding new dealerships, developing dealership performance strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
Responsibilities include setting dealership sales and service targets, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating support to ensure brand standards and customer satisfaction.
The position also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to align dealership initiatives with product, marketing, and R&D roadmaps, as well as conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
The Dealership Development Head will lead and mentor a team, oversee projects related to network expansion, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in market assessment, data-driven decision-making, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop dealership support teams and cross-functional collaborators.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring dealership development initiatives within timelines and budgets.
- Candidates should possess exposure to Research and Development (R&D) or close collaboration with technical teams to align dealership strategies with product capabilities and future launches.
- Relevant experience in dealership network development, automotive or electric vehicle industry, and partner relationship management is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally in external forums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or specialized training in automotive or EV business management is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment, travel as needed for dealership visits, and adapt to evolving business and market conditions.
