The Role

  • You'll lead EcomSwap's partner and seller pipeline, the primary channel through which qualified founder referrals reach our Advisory team.
  • Your mandate is to build strong relationships across the DTC and e-commerce ecosystem so that high-quality founders consistently make their way to us.
  • This role is heavily relationship-driven.
  • We are looking for someone commercially sharp who knows how to build trust, develop networks, and create long-term referral channels within the DTC space.
  • Day-to-day, you'll:
  • Build and run the partner strategy end to end
  • Develop relationships with agencies, operators, consultants, and service providers supporting 7-8 figure DTC and e-commerce brands (performance, CRO, email, Amazon and related agencies)
  • Create and grow referral partnerships across the ecosystem
  • Source founder introductions through partnerships, networking, and outbound relationship building
  • Negotiate and formalise referral agreements with partners and sellers
  • Manage a measurable pipeline inside HubSpot (CRM)
  • Educate partners on EcomSwap's Ideal Seller Profile and what makes a brand exit-ready
  • Run qualification calls with founders to assess revenue, profitability, growth trajectory, and exit motivation
  • Hand qualified opportunities cleanly to the Advisory team
  • Track and improve intro-to-mandate conversion
  • Represent EcomSwap within the DTC and agency ecosystem
  • What makes you a good fit for the role?
  • You have a track record of building strong commercial relationships or partnerships that produced measurable opportunities
  • You are naturally relationship-driven and enjoy networking, building trust, and staying connected within an ecosystem
  • You can consistently turn introductions and conversations into commercial outcomes
  • You are confident speaking with founders, agency owners, operators, and senior stakeholders
  • You understand the DTC and e-commerce landscape and the types of businesses that make attractive acquisition opportunities
  • You are commercially sharp and can assess whether a founder and brand are worth progressing
  • You are KPI-driven and structured in how you manage a pipeline
  • You are proficient with CRM workflows, ideally HubSpot
  • You are a strong written and verbal communicator in English
  • You want to build a long-term career in a fast-moving acquisitions environment
  • Nice to have:
  • Existing relationships within the DTC, e-commerce, or agency ecosystem
  • Experience working with performance, CRO, email, Amazon, paid media, or related agencies
  • You've founded, operated, or scaled a DTC or e-commerce brand yourself

Important

  • You must be based in Dubai or ready to relocate within approximately 30 days
  • This is an in-house role in Dubai and you will be expected to work from the office
