The Role: Deal Advisory Accountant

In this role, you will be the financial engine behind our most critical business transactions. You will provide the clarity and confidence our leadership needs to execute complex deals, from initial valuation to post-merger integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Support: Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence to identify value drivers and potential deal-breakers.
• Valuation Modeling: Develop sophisticated financial models to estimate business value, synergies, and investment returns.
• Deal Structuring: Collaborate with legal and tax teams to advise on the most efficient financial structures for new acquisitions or partnerships.
• Post-Deal Integration: Assist in the seamless transition of financial systems and reporting structures following a successful transaction.
• Market Insight: Monitor economic trends in the Qatar market to provide context for investment opportunities.

Who You Are

• The Expert: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CA) is essential.
• The Advisor: You have 4+ years of experience in deal advisory, transaction services, or big-four audit environments.
• Analytical Mindset: You can synthesize complex data into actionable "big picture" advice for executive stakeholders.
• Agile: You are comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with tight deal deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Global Communicator: You possess exceptional English communication skills. Knowledge of the Qatar regulatory environment and IFRS is a must.
