Job Summary

Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS)

Key Responsibilites

• Respond promptly to
• emergency and non-emergency calls
• **Provide basic life support (BLS)**
• and emergency medical care
• Conduct patient assessment (vital signs, history, physical exam)
• Administer first aid, oxygen, CPR, and use AED when required
• Safely transport patients to hospitals or medical facilities
• Maintain clear communication with
• dispatch and medical teams
• **Ensure ambulance readiness (equipment, medications, hygiene)**
• **Follow DCAS clinical protocols and infection control standards**
• **Accurately complete patient care reports (PCRs)**
• **Support mass casualty incidents and disaster response when required**

Qualifications

• :
• Diploma or Certification in Emergency Medical Services / EMT
• Valid
• EMT License (DCAS / DOH / DHA / MOH preferred)
• **Basic Life Support (BLS) certification**
• *(mandatory)*
• **Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)**
• *(preferred)*
• **Minimum 2+ years of EMT experience**
• (ambulance/emergency setting)

Work Environment

• Field-based role (ambulance / emergency response units)
• Rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays)
• Exposure to high-pressure and critical care situations
