DC Operations Manager
- لقيادة وتشغيل مركز التوزيع الخاص بعمليات الـ Dark Stores ، بما يضمن كفاءة سلسلة الإمداد وسرعة التوريد للفروع.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إدارة العمليات اليومية لمركز التوزيع (Distribution Center).
- الإشراف على عمليات الاستلام، التخزين، والتحويل للفروع (Dark Stores).
- متابعة دقة المخزون والجرد الدوري ومعالجة الفروقات.
- التنسيق مع فرق التخطيط والمخزون لضمان توفر المنتجات.
- متابعة عمليات التوريد للفروع وضمان الالتزام بمستويات الخدمة.
- تحسين كفاءة التشغيل وتقليل الهدر والأخطاء التشغيلية.
- قيادة فرق المستودع والعمليات وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء التشغيلية.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة والإجراءات التشغيلية.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- خبرة في إدارة مراكز التوزيع أو المستودعات، ويفضل في قطاع الـ Retail أو Quick Commerce.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات المخزون وسلاسل الإمداد.
- خبرة في إدارة الفرق التشغيلية.
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية عالية.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة ومتغيرة.
- الأولوية لمن لديه خبرة في قطاع الـ Quick Commerce / E-commerce
