DC Maintenance Specialist II

Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training or certification.

7–12 months of experience in maintenance, facilities, or industrial operations.

Limited experience coordinating work or guiding team members (0–3 months).

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and facility systems.

Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and building systems.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Familiarity with PLC systems and basic controls troubleshooting.

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance documentation.

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple maintenance tasks.

Knowledge of safety procedures, including OSHA standards and LOTO practices.

Ability to maintain a safe, compliant, and organized work environment.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members.

Ability to provide guidance and support to less experienced technicians

Experience in distribution center, warehouse, or industrial operations environments.

Experience with automation systems, controls, or equipment integration.

Technical certifications in maintenance, electrical systems, or industrial technology.

Proficiency in one or more additional languages.
