PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in HR, recruiting or HR operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with applicant tracking, HRIS, payroll or timekeeping systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Strong interpersonal, written communication, administrative and customer service skills.
- Sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information, including knowing when to escalate matters.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the HR team and business partners.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
- Ability to work a mid-shift schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
