I am looking for psychotherapists to join my DBT Team. I have been practicing as a DBT therapist for over 20 years. I am widely trained (including the DBT Intensive) and provide DBT in the tried and true way as was written by Marsha Linnehan. I have been a MN State DBT Certified provider in the past and now that I am creating this new team I am in the application process for new Mn DBT Certification. I am looking for more Psychotherapists to facilitate or co-facilitate DBT groups, virtually or in person. I am also looking for more Individual DBT therapists. Currently I have 3 DBT Adult groups. One is in person and one is via telehealth. However, I am open to expanding to adolescents and even children if I have one or two interested practitioners. I am looking for both practitioners with experience in DBT and for those new to DBT. I welcome practitioners who want to devote a portion of their caseload to DBT and the other portion to other types of psychotherapy.

High reimbursement rates for this specialty.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a counseling field that leads to Minnesota Licensure. Therapists with an MA in a counseling field, an LICSW, LMFT, PSyD, PhD Licensure in a mental health counseling field are encouraged to apply. I also love working with new graduates who are working towards licensure, you are also encouraged to apply.
Job Duties
- face to face or telehealth DBT group and or Individual psychotherapy, provide intakes, diagnostic assessments, DBT treatment plans and all necessary DBT documentation in a timely manner. Attend the DBT consultation group once each week as scheduled. Attend Individual DBT supervision if needed.
