Overview
- Perform electrical preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize plant availability and reliability.
- Diagnose equipment faults and provide technical support for complex maintenance issues.
- Support maintenance planning, spare parts management, and shutdown coordination with production teams.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and update CMMS systems.
- Assist in training and development of UAE National trainees and employees.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and company procedures.
- Support plant improvement initiatives and continuous operational excellence programs.
