Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of related experience, or Associate Degree with 3 years of experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Supervisory experience REQUIRED.
- Experience working with the IDD population REQUIRED.
- Experience working in a Day Program preferred
- Ability to establish and maintain a working relationship with program participants, families, staff and community agencies.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in written form.
- Knowledge of Person Centered Planning.
