Your mission and responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you are the pillar of operational efficiency. Your objective: orchestrate
maintenance activities, mobilize your team and drive the continuous improvement of our
processes:

• Supervise and coach a multidisciplinary team on a daily basis
  (mechanics, electromechanics, electricians);
• Develop the potential of employees while maintaining a healthy work climate that respects the collective agreement;
• Plan tasks to respect priorities, assign them and
  monitor them;
• Ensure monitoring of the preventive upkeep and maintenance program in
  collaboration with the planner;
• Ensure high quality service to our internal operations by
  respecting deadlines and allocated resources;
• Identify process optimization opportunities and deploy concrete action plans;
• Promote a culture of excellence focused on compliance with
  health, safety and quality standards.

The profile sought:

• DEC in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, equivalent training or relevant experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of a CMMS maintenance management system.
• Mobilizing leadership, autonomy, priority management and excellent
  ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment.
