Role overview
Lead installation, integration and connectivity project delivery across customer and infrastructure environments.
Own operational delivery across multiple projects and sites, ensuring safe, timely, on-budget delivery to a high standard.
The role is based in Dubai.
Project and operational leadership
- Lead, coach and develop teams to deliver against business objectives, KPIs and SLAs.
- Plan and oversee installation and integration projects from mobilisation to completion.
- Coordinate technical teams, construction teams, contractors, suppliers and delivery partners.
- Ensure sites have the required people, materials and equipment.
- Manage operational budgets, resources and commercial performance.
- Work with engineers and technical specialists to resolve connectivity and integration challenges.
- Identify project and operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
Experience and capabilities
- Strong experience delivering installation and integration projects.
- Practical knowledge of connectivity, network infrastructure, structured cabling, telecommunications or related technologies.
- Understanding of construction environments, site operations and contractor management.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects or locations.
- Knowledge of health, safety, quality and compliance requirements.
- Strong planning, organisation, resource management, problem-solving, stakeholder and customer-management skills.
- Commercial awareness, including budget and operational-performance management.
- Leadership style that promotes accountability, collaboration, safety and continuous improvement.
Desirable qualifications
- IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS, PRINCE2, APM/APMP, PMP or Lean/Six Sigma qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
- A qualification or professional background in telecommunications, networking, engineering, construction or a related technical discipline is beneficial.
