Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist.
The Specialist will manage and implement health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations and standards.
Key responsibilities
include conducting workplace safety assessments, developing and delivering safety training programs, and maintaining occupational health protocols.
The role requires collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks while promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
- Proficiency in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols and related compliance
- Experience in Workplace Safety evaluation and management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective Safety Training programs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct thorough risk assessments
- Familiarity with global health policies and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
