Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience developing reports, trackers, and data summaries.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI preferred.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, discrepancies, and data-quality issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to translate data into clear and concise information for operational and executive audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, field-based environment with changing
  • priorities.
  • Experience with GIS, database systems, or emergency management information systems is a plus.
  • Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Emergency Management, Public Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, operations support, program management, or a related role preferred.
  • Experience supporting field operations, emergency management, disaster response/recovery, government programs, or other large-scale operational environments preferred.
  • Experience developing operational reports, dashboards, performance metrics, and data-tracking tools preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite at the client-designated location and adjust work schedules based on operational requirements.
