Role Overview
Manage end-to-end data operations, including data flows, ETL processes, and timely database production.
Maintain documentation, monitor issues, perform data checks and comparisons, and conduct QA on data feeds.
Manage Azure-based operations, backups, housekeeping, and collaboration with development teams to improve SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize data across multiple databases.
- Perform advanced data manipulation using SQL and build Power BI dashboards.
- Handle secure data transfers through networks and FTP tools.
- Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy.
- Use basic statistical methods for data interpretation and solve complex data issues.
- Maintain data privacy and follow security best practices.
- Create data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Use Excel, Power BI, and MS Office tools for data handling and reporting.
- Apply local car market knowledge to improve data accuracy when available.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Professional experience in data modeling or a related role.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, including diagrams and normalization.
- SQL proficiency across relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with data modeling tools such as SQL DB or ERBuilder.
- Familiarity with data governance, data warehousing, and BI concepts.
- Experience using Power BI or Tableau for visualization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Car market knowledge is a plus.
