We are seeking a seasoned Data Scrum Master to steer data-driven initiatives within a large-scale enterprise setting.
This role ensures disciplined agile delivery, alignment with data governance, and collaboration across cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
The incumbent will translate business strategy into actionable data work streams, facilitate ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement in data maturity and delivery predictability.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and lead cross-functional squads to produce high-value data products on time and to standard.
- Ensure alignment of data initiatives with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and empower teams to self-organize and optimize flow.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and product management to convert business needs into clear backlogs and actionable plans.
- Define and monitor value-driven metrics and dashboards to quantify progress, quality, and ROI.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and process refinement within data teams.
