Role Description
The Owner role at AA Digital Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Seattle Area.
The Owner leads overall company strategy, defines service offerings, and sets business goals to drive sustainable growth.
Daily responsibilities include overseeing client engagements, guiding software and design project delivery, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across all work.
The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing partnerships that expand the company’s reach.
The Owner also supervises and mentors team members, shapes company culture, and ensures that operations align with industry best practices and the organization’s long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business leadership, entrepreneurship, or managing a small to mid-sized technology or design-focused organization.
- Strong background in software development, product management, or technical project oversight, preferably with ERP, e-commerce, or mobile application solutions.
- Experience with branding, visual design, or digital marketing, including coordinating logos, social media content, and marketing materials.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies, manage budgets, and analyze financial performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with a focus on collaboration and service quality.
- Ability to recruit, lead, and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering an inclusive and performance-oriented work environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Familiarity with startup operations in the Greater Seattle Area and a willingness to be present on-site as required.
