Role Purpose
The role serves as a key liaison between AI consultants, external IT service providers, and internal business stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment of AI initiatives with strategic business objectives.
To support the Quality Department in strengthening data quality standards, delivering actionable business insights, and enabling the end-to-end implementation of AI-driven solutions across the organization.
It plays a critical role in translating business needs into technical requirements, ensuring successful delivery, and continuous improvement of AI use cases across functions.
Role Dimensions
- Works across multiple platform modules including core insurance systems, provider portals, member apps, e-claims engine, analytics dashboards and integration interfaces.
- Support both operational enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- B-tech degree in data science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, AI, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Proven background in predictive analytics, machine learning, data visualization, and artificial intelligence technologies.
- Strong capability in analytical reasoning, with effective stakeholder coordination and clear communication skills.
- Able to excel in dynamic, high-paced environments that require teamwork and collaboration
Technical Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis, modelling, and solution development.
- Expertise in developing interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modelling, machine learning, and forecasting techniques.
- Experience in data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and management across multiple data sources.
- Sound understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and OCR solutions.
- Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to support business decision-making.
- Skilled in designing, validating, and optimizing analytical models to improve operational and business performance.
