Data science software developer

Role

What you will do

• Collaborate with team members, product owners, and stakeholders to build deep learning models.
• Integrate AI models into software pipelines.
• Assist with data ETLs and deployments to cloud-hosted environments.
• Follow corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 7 years of software development experience, or high school diploma/GED and 11 years of software development experience.
• At least 5 years using Python and at least 5 years using PyTorch or another machine learning framework.
• At least 3 years developing cloud-hosted applications.
• Java and/or Python experience is preferred in the software development experience qualification.

Additional qualifications

• A master's degree in Computer Science or a related field could help.
• Experience with medical coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, or HCPCS could help.

Work location

• The position is remote.
• New hires starting October 1, 2025 or later must travel to a designated company location for onsite onboarding; the company coordinates and pays for travel.

Compensation

• For US applicants, the estimated annual compensation range is $124,000–$170,500, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.
