Entry-level, full-time Data & Reporting Analyst supporting daily reporting for Operations, Finance, Sales, and Leadership.

The position is intended for a recent graduate or candidate with 1–2 years of experience; training on company systems and tools is provided.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and update recurring daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel.
- Pull and organize ERP data for analysis; clean and validate data and flag errors or inconsistencies.
- Track key metrics and help identify trends or changes worth investigating.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests, document repeatable reporting processes, and find ways to improve reporting speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, economics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years in an analytical, reporting, or data-focused role; internships count.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic charting.
- Attention to detail, clear communication, comfort asking questions, organization, ability to meet deadlines, and interest in learning tools and techniques.
Preferred experience
- Power BI or another dashboard/visualization tool, basic SQL, and familiarity with Power Query or Excel automation are preferred.
- Coursework or projects in data analysis or statistics are preferred.
Schedule and compensation
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Salary range is $60,000–$70,000 per year.
