Overview
- Design, implement, and operate data quality controls across the Dubai Registers Program. The role sits at the intersection of data governance, master data management (MDM), and registry operations, ensuring trusted data for individuals, businesses, and assets meets defined quality thresholds before and after publication through Register-as-a-Service (RaaS) APIs.
- Design and implement data quality rules across individual, business, and asset registers in accordance with DAMA-DMBOK2 methodology and ISO 8000 standards, including threshold definition, severity levels, and automated remediation mechanisms.
- Conduct systematic data profiling of source systems feeding the registers and document baseline measurements prior to migration activities based on the program's first-phase outcomes.
- Translate business requirements from Data Owners and Data Stewards into executable data quality rules covering all quality dimensions according to DAMA methodology:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Consistency
- Timeliness

- Integrity
- Operate automated data quality monitoring systems covering at least 90% of critical datasets and prepare dashboards and periodic KPIs for reporting to the Data Governance Committee.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of data quality issues, including detection, classification, assignment, resolution, and closure, while maintaining at least 95% compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Lead root-cause analysis of recurring issues and coordinate with technical data stewards within consuming entities to address failures in source systems.
- Support data stewards across government entities in understanding and implementing quality standards through structured training programs and awareness sessions.
- Verify the creation of Golden Records within the MDM platform according to matching and survivorship rules before publishing data through APIs.
- Document data lineage for all assessed datasets to achieve 100% coverage and ensure audit and compliance readiness.
- Contribute to developing the Business Glossary and continuously update the Data Quality Rules Register while aligning it with the program’s strategic objectives.
- Prepare monthly data quality reports for the Steering Committee and monitor the Data Trust Index.
