Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Lead to drive and oversee all data quality management activities within a strategic data transformation program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing data quality, designing cleansing methodologies, defining data standards, establishing quality metrics, and ensuring that data assets meet the organization's accuracy, consistency, and completeness requirements.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to improve data reliability and support informed decision-making across the organization.
Data Quality Assessment & Profiling
- Perform comprehensive data profiling to identify and quantify data quality issues, including duplicates, missing values, inconsistencies, and mismatches.
- Analyze data across multiple systems and domains to assess overall data health and quality levels.
- Produce data quality reports and recommendations for remediation activities.
• Data Cleansing & Standardization
- Design and implement data cleansing methodologies and quality improvement strategies.
- Develop de-duplication, standardization, validation, and enrichment rules for organizational data assets.
- Define and document data quality standards, controls, and monitoring procedures.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement quality improvements.
• Golden Record Management
- Define and maintain "Golden Record" criteria and standards for each data domain.
- Establish rules for record matching, merging, survivorship, and master data management (MDM).
- Ensure consistency and integrity of master data across systems and departments.
• Quality Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop and maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting frameworks.
- Monitor data quality trends and proactively identify emerging issues.
- Report data quality performance to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Data Stewardship Support
- Provide guidance and support to client-side data stewards responsible for data cleansing activities.
- Review and validate data-cleaning outputs to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Data Quality Management, Data Analysis, Data Governance, or Master Data Management (MDM).
- Experience leading data quality improvement and cleansing initiatives within large organizations.
- Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to analyze, profile, and validate large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with data profiling, data cleansing, and data quality assessment techniques.
- Experience with data quality, deduplication, and Master Data Management (MDM) tools.
- Knowledge of data integration, data governance, and metadata management principles.
- Ability to create data quality dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to define and enforce data quality standards across multiple business domains.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing data quality initiatives in complex environments.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Arabic language skills are highly desirable, particularly for reviewing and validating Arabic-language records and datasets.
