Data Privacy Manager (FTC)

Provide subject matter expertise on data privacy and data protection requirements to stakeholders Support the application of mandatory data controls and communicate data risk policies clearly across the business Oversee DataVisa-related activities to help ensure accurate case input and effective user adoption Identify data privacy risks, issues and control gaps and support timely mitigation actions Assist in the development and implementation of privacy controls aligned to global business requirements Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, conduct gap analysis and support remediation activity Promote awareness of United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and other evolving privacy requirements across the UK Business Develop training and educational materials and support effective stakeholder collaboration Working knowledge of data privacy and data protection requirements, including UK GDPR and PECR, with the ability to apply regulatory expectations to operational risks, controls and business processes.
