****Job Description****
Sr. Manager Data Monetization
- Roles and responsibility
- 1- Identifying opportunities for revenue generation through partnerships, which could involve revenue-sharing agreements, cost plus, licensing, or other financial arrangements such as API monetization.
- 2- Define and implement pricing strategies, revenue models, costing frameworks, and profitability analysis for data products.
- 3- Lead commercial negotiations, proposal development and manage contracts to ensure long ‑ term value realization and client satisfaction.
- 4- Identify potential customers and partners for data offerings and build ongoing relationships to increase portfolio profitability.
- 5- Support go-to-market execution, including packaging, launch planning, and sector-based targeting.
- 6- Drive cross-selling and upselling across the data monetization portfolio.
- 7- Develop customer ‑ first data offerings using focus groups, surveys, and direct customer engagement.
- 8- Drive the expansion of data eco-system by onboarding additional data source provider.
- 9- Drive the development of innovative data ‑ driven products, new features, and successful go-to-market execution to increase portfolio profitability.
- 10- Collaborate with product teams to translate market and customer needs into commercially viable offerings.
- 11- Design and manage partner and client communications, including product announcements and commercial updates.
- 12- Monitor and report KPIs related to partnerships, pipeline, revenue, and deal performance.
- 13- Addressing key clients concerns proactively strengthening relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- ****Experience****
- Years of experience required: 8+ years in Data monetization, and API or Data product commercialization
- ****Specific Requirements****
- Specific requirements (such as tools or programs) the candidates must be skilled in:
- 4+ years of proven experience in data monetization field.
- Proven sales records in API monetization or data products.
- Strong capabilities in financial modeling, pricing, and commercial analysis (CFA is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Education background (+certificates if any):
- Industrial engineering, MIS, Finance OR Economic), , IT/software engineering or any related field.
