Qualifications
- Experience in data modelling, gained in data engineering, analytics or business analysis, including conceptual and logical models
- Strong knowledge of 3NF and dimensional or Kimball modelling, plus exposure to semantic layers, knowledge graphs or ontologies
- Excellent communication skills, with the patience and curiosity to draw out business knowledge from non-technical stakeholders and explain complex ideas simply
- Experience working across multiple business areas, ideally as part of a transformation program
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM data, such as SAP ECC6, S/4HANA or Dynamics 365, and modern platforms like Databricks (nice to have, not essential)
