Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and procedures
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing and enforcing data quality standards
- Design and maintain data governance frameworks and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and data standards
- Implement data cleansing and validation processes to improve data quality
- Monitor and analyze data to identify and resolve data issues and anomalies
- Develop and maintain documentation and data dictionaries for data assets
- Implement data security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data
- Participate in data migration and integration projects
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Management Officer or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of data management principles and methodologies
- Experience in implementing data governance frameworks and processes
- Knowledge of data quality management practices and techniques
- Familiarity with data security and privacy measures
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Experience with data cleansing and validation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
