Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• Establish data ownership, stewardship, quality, and lifecycle management processes
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, security policies, and industry standards
• Lead data quality improvement initiatives and monitor governance KPIs
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve data management practices
• Manage metadata, master data, and data cataloging programs
• Conduct data governance assessments and recommend process improvements
• Promote a data-driven culture and governance best practices across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in data governance, data management, data quality, or information management roles
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data quality tools
• Knowledge of databases, data warehousing, analytics, and business intelligence environments
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Professional certifications in Data Management or Governance are advantageous
