We are currently seeking a **fast and accurate typist** with exceptional chat support skills to join our growing team.
Important Note
- We require a candidate who:
- Types **at least 40–50 words per minute** in English **accurately**.
- Has **proven experience** in chat support and customer communication.
- Native Tagalog speaker
- Is **available for immediate joining**.
- Young and focused individuals are preferred

Role Description
- As a Data Entry/Typist, Email and Chat Support Associate, you will:
- Accurately type visa and tourism applications with **speed and zero errors**.
- Handle customer inquiries via chat promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries related to visas and tourism services via chat.
- Ensure all data entry tasks are completed quickly and without mistakes.
- Maintain high typing speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications
- **Fast and accurate typing skills** (40–50 WPM minimum).
- Previous experience in chat support/customer service.
- Good command of **English** language.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,400.00 per month
