Data Entry Specialist (Dubizzle) – Automotive

Job Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy **Data Entry Agent** to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining stock, inventory, and content across our website and social media platforms.
• Since we operate in the automotive industry, **hands-on experience with Dubizzle** and a good understanding of cars/vehicles are mandatory requirements for this role.
• **Key Responsibilities:**.
• **Dubizzle Inventory Operations :** Efficiently upload, update, and manage car listings accurately across our website, social media, **Dubizzle**, and other relevant classified platforms, ensuring all vehicle data is constantly monitored and refreshed.
• **Data Verification:** Verify car specifications, features, and pricing to correct any data discrepancies before publishing.
• **Reporting:** Generate daily/weekly inventory and posting reports as needed.
• **Team Collaboration:** Assist the digital marketing and sales departments with data-related tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• **Education:** Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma.
• **Dubizzle Expertise (Mandatory):** Proven knowledge and experience in uploading and managing listings on **Dubizzle**.
• **Automotive Knowledge (Mandatory):** Good understanding of cars, basic specifications, and automotive terms.
• **Experience:** Proven experience in data entry, content uploading, or a related digital field.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and basic data management software.
• **Soft Skills:** Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
