Bluefin Trading seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry & Sales Reporting Accountant.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain sales data in Excel and internal systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Excel and Odoo.
- Analyze and summarize sales performance data.
- Coordinate with clients by phone and email about order updates, clarifications, and follow-ups.
- Support sales and accounts teams with documentation and data organization; ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- One to two years of relevant experience in data entry or reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and client coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently; basic accounting knowledge.
