Overview
Provide administrative and clerical work, update and maintain information on ACES company databases and computer systems, entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
Responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in ACES systems.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
· Preparing reports, registering worksheets, copying raw data from sites.
· Enter data from various pile testing records.
· Preparing quotations in OMS and implement OMS System.
· Type correspondence, reports, minutes and copy as necessary.
· Maintain files according to the filing system.
· Ensure confidentiality of data collected and maintaining files safely.
· Perform daily system back up to ensure protection of data and the systems.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date data.
· Insert customer and account data information from source documents within time limits.
· Compile, verify accuracy, sort and prepare source data for computer entry.
· Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
· Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
· Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
· Scan documents and print files, when needed.
· Preparing monthly invoices
· Keep information confidential.
· Maintain Internal calibration certificates.
· Preparing Department Technical Report
Any duties or responsibilities assigned by the management.
