The employer is seeking an accurate, detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to maintain employee and operational data using ERP systems.
The role is based in Riyadh.
Key responsibilities
- Add new employees to the ERP system and ensure required documents and employee records are complete before finalizing profiles.
- Enter and update employee and operational data accurately; review entries for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Verify information against source documents and follow up on missing or unclear data.
- Organize, maintain, and archive employee documents, files, and supporting records.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate system updates.
- Prepare basic reports and data extracts when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry and ERP systems is essential.
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail; good technical background and confidence working with systems and databases.
- Excellent document control and file-management skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary
- SAR 2,800 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
