We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems.
This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases and software systems
- Review data for accuracy and completeness
- Verify and correct errors in records and reports
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and documentation as needed
- Respond to internal requests for information
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Assist with administrative tasks when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
