Full-time, on-site Data Entry Clerk role based in Doha, Qatar.
Maintain project and administrative data in company systems and databases, supporting construction project documentation and office processes.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain project and administrative data in company systems and databases.
- Verify source documents for completeness, correct errors, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare basic reports and organize electronic and physical records.
- Support administrative processes related to construction projects.
- Work with project teams and office staff, provide timely information, respond to data-related inquiries, and keep documentation current and accessible.
Qualifications
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy; administrative assistance capabilities for record organization, filing, and office tasks.
- Effective communication and customer service skills; attention to detail, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Prior data entry or office administration experience is ideal; construction or engineering environment experience is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional office administration or IT training is beneficial.
- Able to work on-site in Doha and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.
