Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain product, customer, inventory, and sales data.
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy; organize digital and paper records.
- Support filing, document management, and routine administrative processes.
- Coordinate with colleagues to resolve data discrepancies, prepare basic reports, and assist with customer-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong typing skills, attention to detail, computer literacy, and familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and basic office software.
- Administrative assistance abilities, effective communication, customer service, reliability, time management, and ability to follow procedures.
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, or retail operations is beneficial.
