Qualifications
- Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Backend Development. • Strong experience developing enterprise-grade applications and data processing solutions. • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and drive resolution. • Experience working in Agile and SAFe development environments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commun

Responsibilities
- Product Development & Delivery
- Deliver high-quality software and data engineering solutions aligned with business requirements and
- product roadmaps.
- Participate actively in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and
- Retrospectives.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications and data processing solutions.
- Contribute to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis through
- production deployment.
- Data Quality & Security
- Champion data quality initiatives across CPS platforms.
- Ensure adherence to security standards, secure coding practices, and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of platform reliability and quality metrics.
- Support and improve Quality Management Reviews (QMR) through proactive monitoring and issue
- Platform Reliability & Operations
- Provide L3 production support and lead root cause analysis for critical incidents.
- Improve platform observability through enhanced monitoring, alerting, and logging capabilities.
- Identify and implement performance optimization opportunities across applications and databases.
- Drive scalability improvements to support increasing business and data processing demands.
- Engineering Excellence
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Promote engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, and DevOps principles.
- Contribute to platform modernization initiatives and technical debt reduction.
- Leverage modern engineering practices and emerging technologies, including Agentic AI, to improve
- productivity, automation, operational efficiency, and software quality.
- Team Collaboration & Mentoring
- Mentor and support junior engineers through knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions.
