Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for processing and transforming large datasets.
- Build and manage data architectures, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through effective data governance practices.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including APIs, flat files, and streaming data platforms.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to deliver data solutions that meet their needs.
- Optimize and enhance data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Implement data security and privacy measures in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring system reliability and minimal downtime.
- Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and manage data solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data workflows, systems, and processes.
