Manager of a team of analysts responsible for transforming data, reconciling variances and testing implementation of new technology platforms based on transformed data elements.

Analyze Private Equity Fund Accounting data to accurately assess transformation effort

Oversee and train conversion analysts to increase their understanding of private equity fund accounting

Analyze business and technology requirements and guide analysts in efficient approach to conversion projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and Client Service to gather data conversion requirements and address any challenges or questions.

Document conversion processes, mapping tables, and user guides to continue increasing efficiency and scale of project

Other duties as assigned.
