About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Data Center Technician based in Doha, Qatar to support enterprise infrastructure deployments across customer and data center sites in the country.
What You Will Be Doing
- Physical rack and stack of servers, storage, and networking equipment
- Structured cabling, cable labelling, and patch panel management
- Hardware power-up, first-boot checks, and burn-in validation
- Basic management IP configuration on servers, switches, and storage
- Inter-device cabling from approved port maps and cut sheets
- Reading and executing from rack elevation diagrams and cabling schedules
- Travelling to and working across multiple customer sites within Qatar
Must Have
- Based in Doha, Qatar
- Valid Qatar driving licence or ability to obtain one
- Good spoken and written English — client-facing role requiring clear communication
- 2 or more years of hands-on data center or field infrastructure experience
- Comfortable working in live data center environments
Preferred
- Dell PowerEdge server experience or certification
- Experience reading technical documentation including rack diagrams and port maps
- Prior experience working in GCC data center environments
