Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for approving the company and the product with different entities.
- Provide technical expertise across data center power and mechanical and electrical systems, from design review through commissioning and handover.
- Support tendering and pre-sales with solution design, sizing, and technical clarifications.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and OEM partners.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, HSE requirements, and client standards in each GCC market.
- Mentor technical teams and share best practice across countries.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical environments, including at least 3 years in the GCC.
- Hands-on knowledge of UPS, generators, switchgear, and other electromechanical data center equipment.
- Track record on live data center projects, from construction through to operations.
- Familiarity with regional authority and DC requirements.
Preferred
- CDCP/CDCS, Uptime ATD/AOS, PMP, or equivalent certification.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong problem-solving ability under pressure, with a calm approach to critical incidents.
- Clear communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across cultures and markets.
- Fluent English required.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
