Data Center Operations Program Manager (IC4)
Role Overview
The Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing multiple interrelated projects within the organization.
This role partners with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product management, operations, and executive leadership—to deliver complex programs on time, within scope, and within budget.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, ensuring program objectives align with corporate strategy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or enterprise environment.
- Strong familiarity with project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
