Data Application Development Lead, Vice President

Position overview

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end Ab Initio ETL solutions; assess high-volume applications and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Build reusable, parameter-driven integration frameworks and design ETL for regulatory reporting, service levels, and data quality.
• Assess Ab Initio infrastructure and production readiness; analyze legacy-to-strategic architecture gaps and support migrations.
• Mentor engineers and analysts, establish delivery standards, and manage Ab Initio vendor issues and escalations.

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Ab Initio ETL experience spanning architecture, planning, requirements analysis, development, and performance tuning.
• Deep Ab Initio toolset expertise, including Batch Processing, PDL, Express>It, Conduct>It, Control>Center, Plan, EME, and Framework.
• Experience leading concurrent large-scale ETL and migration programs, with data architecture, data warehousing, modeling, and data-quality expertise.
• Oracle SQL and UNIX shell scripting skills; bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Beneficial qualifications

• Snowflake SnowPro Core certification or equivalent Snowflake knowledge is beneficial.
• Data-quality tools such as Informatica Data Quality or Trillium, DataStage, Siebel EIM migration, or a related master’s degree are beneficial.

Work model

• Hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days remote.

Compensation

• Posted salary range is $113,840–$170,760 per year; eligible employees may also receive incentive or retention awards.
