Data and System improvement Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the Thrive system and collaborate on improving its capabilities.
• Complete a transformation roadmap with timelines and dependencies.
• Project-manage transformation activities with the wider data team and identify quick wins.
• Develop management reports and dashboards for sustainability metrics, coordinate feedback, and maintain Power BI reports.
• Improve data quality and controls, track challenges, and develop solutions with stakeholders.

Candidate profile

• Communicate effectively and transfer knowledge to a range of audiences.
• Use IT tools to collate data, produce reports, and build BI dashboards.
• Have experience liaising with third-party IT suppliers and integrating them into business operations.
• Have a strong background in data management and IT transformations.
• Work independently, manage a schedule, and accommodate short-notice changes.

Location and working arrangements

• Location is flexible; travel to sites and offices is required as needed.
• The role is listed as 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility in working hours.
• The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
