Data and Reporting Analyst

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Data Collection & Management:** Extract, clean, and maintain data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• **Reporting & Dashboards:** Design, develop, and maintain automated reports and interactive dashboards (using tools like Power BI or Tableau) to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• **Trend Analysis:** Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that impact business performance.
• **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with department heads to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
• **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to streamline data collection processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• **Ad-hoc Analysis:** Perform deep-dive analyses on specific business problems as requested by management.

Requirements

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
• **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in **SQL** for database querying.
• Advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Experience with data visualization tools (**Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik**).
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• **Soft Skills:** Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), and high attention to detail.
