What you'll do
- Collect, interpret, and report qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate program outcomes, identify trends, and inform decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain databases, surveys, reporting tools, dashboards, and data collection processes.
- Create reports, visualizations, and presentations for department leadership, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Work with funded agencies and community partners to evaluate outcomes, establish shared performance indicators, and understand collective impact.
- Provide partner agencies guidance and technical assistance on data collection, performance measurement, and outcome reporting.
- Develop and implement processes supporting accurate, complete, consistent, and reliable data.
- Research community trends, statistics, and research to identify service gaps, emerging priorities, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with County staff, funders, and community stakeholders to strengthen data-driven planning and accountability.
