This is a remote Data Analyst Trainee role supporting healthcare-related data analysis.
The trainee works under guidance and contributes to ongoing analytical projects.
Responsibilities
- Support collection, cleaning, and organization of healthcare-related data from various sources.
- Assist with basic data analysis and prepare reports and visual summaries for internal teams and partners.
- Document methodologies and collaborate with senior analysts to validate findings.
- Communicate insights clearly, follow data quality standards, and contribute to analytical projects under guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and foundational data analytics abilities to interpret datasets and identify patterns.
- Basic statistics knowledge for quantitative analysis and validation.
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts to structure and organize data for analysis.
- Clear communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or introductory data-analysis software; SQL, Python, or R are a plus.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Public Health, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, curiosity about healthcare and global markets, and ability to learn quickly in a remote environment.
