Trainee Responsibilities

- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Support data modeling activities under guidance from senior team members.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain data documentation and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn data management best practices.
Qualifications
- Apply data analytics and data analysis techniques to business and healthcare problems.
- Demonstrate analytical skills in interpreting datasets, identifying trends, and drawing conclusions.
- Have foundational experience or coursework in data management, including cleaning, organization, and validation.
- Understand basic data modeling concepts and be willing to learn model development.
- Excel, SQL, Python, or R familiarity is highly beneficial.
- Work independently in a remote setting with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Communicate data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Be pursuing or recently have completed relevant education in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
